Refund policy
Returns Within 14 Days
If you are not happy with the jewellery piece you ordered, you are welcome to return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in perfect and unworn condition and returned in their original packaging. The Herzog & Loibner seal must be intact and undamaged on the jewellery piece. The costs of return shipments are to be borne by the customer.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY DIFFICULTIES ON THE PART OF THE COURIER.
Instructions
- Contact us by phone or email to request your exchange or return and wait for the approval you will receive by email.
- Pack all items to be returned in their original packaging and enclose the invoice and certificates.
- Send the package back to us by a method of your choice. Please use a trackable courier for returns.

Refunds
Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be processed automatically and the total price of the items will be refunded to the card (and the linked bank account) used for the purchase.
