Description and Scope of Data Processing
Each time our website is accessed, the system automatically collects data and information about the computer system of the accessing computer. During this process, the following data is collected:

The retention of these records is based on the justification pursuant to Art. 6 lit. c GDPR (statutory retention obligations).
Contact with Us
If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data to third parties without your consent.
When contacting us via email and the contact form, the following data is generally collected:

Use of the Webshop
We would like to point out that Herzog Loibner stores the user's IP data using cookies for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing. In addition, when making a purchase via the webshop, the following data is processed and stored for a period of 10 years after completion of the ordering process:

In addition, for the purpose of contract processing, data relating to your purchasing process (product views, products ordered, colours, settings, configurations, etc.) is also stored with us. Data is not transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing banking institutions / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods, and to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our tax obligations. After the purchasing process is abandoned, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period (10 years). The data name, address, goods purchased and date of purchase will also be stored until the expiry of product liability (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or lit. b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) GDPR.

Your Rights
You generally have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and objection.
