Shipment
We offer both standard and express shipping options. Deliveries to Liechtenstein and Switzerland are made by the Swiss Post, while deliveries to Austria are made by the Austrian Post.
We will cover the shipping costs for you.
After receiving payment, an average delivery takes 3-5 working days. For custom-made items, we will be happy to inform you personally about the delivery time.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY DIFFICULTIES ON THE PART OF THE DELIVERY COMPANY.
Each piece of jewelry from HerzogLoibner is carefully packaged in an elegant gift box. Together with the product description and a small surprise, the piece of jewelry is sent safely in a lovingly designed shipping box.

You can return and exchange the piece of jewelry at HerzogLoibner within 14 days. The product must be in perfect and unworn condition and returned in its original packaging.
The costs for returns are to be borne by the customer.
- Contact us by phone or email to request your exchange or return and wait for the approval to be sent to you via email.
- Pack all items to be returned in their original packaging and enclose the invoice and certificates.
- Send the package back to us using a method of your choice. Please use a trackable courier for returns.

After you have returned the goods, the entire purchase amount will be refunded.
Warranty & Repairs
There is no guarantee on jewelry purchased through the HerzogLoibner online shop unless the products are delivered damaged. Customers are responsible for their own purchases.
Under Jewelry Care you will find instructions on how to care for and maintain your jewelry.
If the jewelry delivered does not meet your expectations or we have accidentally sent the wrong items, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.
For approved requests, we will cover the return shipping costs and you will have the option to exchange the item or receive a full refund.
Note on the gemstones
Please note that individual gemstones are natural products and therefore may differ in color and structure from the display.
We offer repairs for selected pieces of jewelry from our Aldusblatt collection. Cost estimates are made based on an appraisal by our goldsmith. The jewelry is physically inspected in the HerzogLoibner studio to determine a final price.
The costs incurred, including return shipping, are borne by the customer.
